RAINDROP TECHNIQUE

Raindrop Technique originated from the research of Gary Young working with a Lakota medicine man named Wallace Black Elk. It integrates massage and the power of essential oils in bringing the body into structural and electrical alignment. Raindrop Technique works on many levels, not only on the physical. It seems to work to balance, clear, and bring into electrical alignment the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects as well, bringing a sense of serenity and energy.

Raindrop Technique uses a sequence of extremely pure, therapeutic-grade, highly anti-microbial essential oils designed to simultaneously reduce inflammation and kill the responsible viral agents. The oils are dispensed like little drops of rain from a height of about six inches above the back and massaged along the vertebrae and back muscles. Although the entire process takes about 60 minutes to complete, the oils will continue to work in the body for up to one week following treatment, with continued realignment taking place during this time.

Raindrop Technique is not a cure-all. A healthy balanced body is the result of proper diet and exercise. Health is everything---physical, emotional and spiritual. Raindrop Technique is one tool to help restore balance in the body that will aid in gaining good health and achieve a true balance in the body.

Swedish massage is still the most popular massage today. Swedish massage techniques leave the body relaxed and rested. Using lighter, rhythmic strokes, Swedish massages are enjoyed by people of all ages and lifestyles.

Swedish massage includes long, relaxing strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, and shaking motions. It is effective for most ailments, because massaging the skin, sets up a chain reaction that produces a positive effect on all layers and systems of the body. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, while promoting health and well-being. Swedish massage helps release the body of unwanted strain and stress. Your body will feel rested and your mind at ease.

Deep tissue massage can be one of the most therapeutic and healing massages. Although not as rhythmic as other massage types, deep tissue massage interacts the most with the body's muscles and muscle groups.
After a deep tissue massage, sore and tired muscles often become revived and energized. The body often feels as if it had a strenuous workout.
